About the Instructors
Dr. Paresh Patel is a board-certified Doctor of Dental Surgery. He received his doctor training at the prestigious University Of North Carolina. Upon completion of his residency, he went on to pursue advanced training in dental implant surgery.
Early in his career Dr. Patel found his passion in advanced dental procedures including dental implant placement and restoration. This passion and commitment led him to teaching and publishing many of his cases in worldwide dental journals. When Dr. Patel is not running his two office locations in NC, he is traveling around the world teaching 1000’s of dentists the advanced techniques of implant surgery and patient care.
Since 1996, he and his wife, Dr. Manisha Patel, have raised their three children in the greater North Carolina area. In his free time, Dr. Paresh is an avid aviator and enjoys flying regional with friends and family. Dr. Paresh has also developed a passion for photography including unique representations of dentistry as art. Dental Art
Dr. Paresh remains active in both state and local societies. He is honored to have the opportunity to serve and care for patients in this community.
He is a full time practicing dentist. He faces the same challenges you face and brings this real world experience to the workshops. The concepts he teaches are predictable, efficient, repeatable, and proven to work in a busy dental practice.

Dr. Apolinar Madrigal is a general dentist who operates dental practices in both California and Mexico.
He graduated with honors from the University of Salle School of Dentistry, Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico, where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Science. Since then, he has become a member of the faculty of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), as well as AAID/MaxiCourse (Asia).
He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, The California Dental Association and The Stanislaus Dental Society. Dr. Madrigal is an internationally recognized lecturer, who presents on myriad subjects including Implant Dentistry, Clinical Photography and Minimally Invasive Veneers throughout the United States, Mexico, Abu Dhabi, India, and Brazil.
With a focus on cosmetic and minimally invasive dentistry, he believes that paying attention to the details is what separates good and great cases.
He is a restorative dentist with a diverse pool of patients and products he is able to choose the best from both worlds. He incorporates his techniques and experiences into his workshops. His passion for esthetics has led him to lecture across the US, South America, Dubai and Asia and is guest speaker for the Seattle Study Club on soft tissue management.
Dr. Manisha Desai Patel Manisha Patel received her DDS degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Patel entered into UNC-CH after 3 years in her undergraduate studies at Purdue University under the fast track program.
Her love of dentistry allowed her to earn the honor to start The UNC School of Dentistry a year early. It is a privilege only a few students have achieved. “I felt so fortunate to have been selected to enter into my doctoral program early. That allowed me to reach my goal of saving teeth and helping patients smile again.
Dr. Manisha Patel says. Dr. Patel had been practicing in Lenoir NC until she and her husband, Dr. Paresh Patel, relocated to Mooresville. Dr. Patel is a member in good standing with the American Dental Association, the NC Dental Society, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry as well as several local dental societies. Dr. Patel loves working with both her adult and children patients at her Mooresville office. When she is not seeing patients, Dr Manisha loves to travel, play tennis and go wine-tasting (although not at the same time at least not the tennis and wine tasting part).
